Slowing Into Presence
Forest therapy is not a hike, a lecture, or a productivity hack. It is a slow, guided practice that helps you come back into your body, your senses, and your own attention.
Through guided walks, private sessions, and group experiences, we create space to slow down, regulate, and reconnect without rejecting the modern world you live and work in.

What is Forest Therapy?
- A slow, guided sensory experience designed to restore intentional attention to the present moment.
- A bridge to nature that welcomes rather than rejects the modern world, creating space to regulate and reconnect.
- An inclusive practice requiring no special fitness level or outdoor experience—designed to be accessible to everyone.
- A grounded space for quiet observation, sensory exploration, and personal reflection through gentle guided invitations.

I'm Ruban Lawrence
I am a forest therapy guide and connection coach based in Portland, Oregon. After two decades immersed in complex technology systems, my focus shifted toward the fundamental human systems that underpin our lives: attention, boundaries, and deep connection.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that we don't need to reject our modern world to find ourselves. Instead, we create a healthier, more intentional relationship with our daily reality through the simple, restorative act of slowing down to notice what is already here.
